To the family of Joy Snyder. I was very saddened to hear that Joy had passed away. She was my Secretary until her retirement in 1995. I will always remember her feisty spirit and the valuable knowledge and assistance she brought to all of us at City Hall. My prayers and condolences are with you and I sincerely share in your loss.
